Order Processing Time

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched from our fulfilment centers.

Shipping Fees: Free and Fast standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is:
– Delayed beyond 20 days
– No tracking updates for over 7 days
– Marked as delivered but not received

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.
